My husband had dragged me around several garages looking for a car for me, I was just about ready for home when he pulled up outside autocare in Bedlington. I’m so pleased he did. Glen was on hand to listen to what we were looking for and guide us (absolutely no pressure ) to what might suit our needs. Bought a lovely Nissan Note, perfect for me, serviced and MOT’d by Scott and his team (thank you so much) picked it up today, thrilled to bits with it. Thank you Glen and Joe , worth your weight in gold. Would recommend to anyone.

Well were do i start part exchanged my car for one of there cars 3 weeks later the car developed a fault rang them up was Joe answered the phone told him what was wrong he said quote "not a problem mate were here to help" I said car would have to be put on a flatbed truck within one hour car was took away fault was sorted and had it back on my drive 2 days later if you buy a car theres one thing you will have "Customer Care" that is second to non a great second hand dealership cant praise them enough would highly recommend to any one wanting a no hassle or pressure salesmen its so laid back its a pleasure to have dealt with Joe and Glen and chuffed to bits with my car that i got from them forgot to add wife paid a breakdown driver he charged £80 to bring car from Metro centre to Blyth, Joe put his hand in his pocket and gave me the £80 saying you shouldn't be out of pocket now thats what I call a real used car sales garage
